Chicago or New York, which City has the Tallest Building in the US??

How should the tallest building in the US be measured? This is a question the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat will have to answer regarding the new One World Trade Center building in New York and Willis Tower in Chicago. Which building will win as the current tallest building in the US? I guess we'll just have to wait and see!
